Introduction
We are in the midst of what some are referring to as a “judicial coup,” as cherry-picked Federal District Court judges across the land, using a series of “nationwide” injunctive orders, are tying-up the Executive Branch (Presidency). As a consequence, the Executive Branch at present resembles Gulliver as he was being tied-down by the Lilliputians.
Tellingly, it appears that not one of those suits has been dismissed due to “lack of standing” – which was the courts’ standard fallback (and dodge of their Constitutional role) in the face of suits (legitimately) challenging the reported (not to be confused with actual) results of the 2020 election.
Funny that, given that all sorts of groups now, magically, have standing. Perhaps should we call it auto-standing?
Thus, keeping 2020 and the current flurry of lawsuits in mind, one might consider the current litany of lawsuits as the continuation of a judicial jihad against our Constitutional order.
All the way from the top. As of this writing, the John Roberts Supreme Court is engaged in … what might we call it? … calculated, collusive inaction (from forcing those District Court judges back into their Constitutional swim-lane).
Plausible speculation is that – besides the immediate benefits of delaying (if not hobbling) the “America First” agenda – goals of this lawfare include setting “contempt of court” traps and establishing a pretext for yet another impeachment of President Trump.
This judicial <ahem> hyper-activity might seem like a new development. Well, at this scale, it is certainly unprecedented. Nevertheless, it was all planned well in advance of the 2024 election (see here, here, here, and here).
Moreover – to put this lawfare scheme into context – it is but a most-recent tactic in a (now over a century-long) revolution. A Progressive revolution executing an incremental scheme – designed to accomplish an eventual the overthrow of our Constitutional Republic.
Revolutionary tactics don’t (necessarily) repeat, but they rhyme.
The United States of America is in the midst of a counter-revolution to that Progressive revolution – which marches under the MAGA banner, and is led by our President, Donald J. Trump.
Counter-revolution? You might well be saying to yourself: “Counter-revolution? What the hell is this guy talking about? President Trump is the elected President; the system is working, as usual, as designed.”
Allow me to explain (and I will). But first, as a segue, please watch this (3 minute) excerpt of an appearance Alex Jones made on Bannon’s War Room on March 19, 2024. As will become apparent by the time you finish reading this particular article, Mr. Jones knows whereof he speaks:

Also, as this piece proceeds, we will highlight some material from the John Birch Society (it is recommended that everyone become acquainted with this organization) concerning a relatively unknown booklet (And Not a Shot is Fired), and relatively unknown book (Philip Dru: Administrator).
But first, to help guide our analysis, consider the following useful analogy from biology, translating it into political / ideological terms.
Collectivism as a “genus”
We can think of Collectivism as analogous to a biological genus. Within that genus we have various species (in alphabetical order): Climatism; Communism; Fascism; Globalism; Progressivism and Socialism.
There are even subspecies, such as “Fabian Socialism” and “Democratic Socialism.”
Collectivism, in its ultimate end – its “highest state of evolution,” if you will – intends global control over all of humanity. Along the way, it masks its true aims by publicly claiming its goal(s) to be achieving a sort of reincarnated (but totally secular) Garden of Eden on earth. You know, like a “sustainable” world. But Collectivism actually intends mass subjugation; tyranny.
The United States of America, through our Declaration of Independence and Constitution, are the antithesis of Collectivism. Coupled with our free-market Capitalist economic system, we became the strongest and most prosperous country in history. Singly able to resist Collectivism; existing as that “shining city on a hill,” providing hope for untold millions around the world suffering under the various “species” of Collectivism.
As such, the United States of America has long been the #1 target of Collectivism. For our very existence provides the world not just with a contrast embarrassing to Collectivist systems, but also presents a strong, perhaps insurmountable obstacle to Collectivism’s global ambitions.
In this country, our country, Progressivism emerged as the dominant (invasive?) “species” of Collectivism. Its political party is the Democrat Party (sadly, aided and abetted by all too many individuals and factions within the Republican Party).
The Progressives recognized early on that successful “fundamental transformation” of our Constitutional Republic would be a long-term project, requiring methodic but incremental steps, lest Americans realize what was underway, and stir in opposition to what they ultimately intended for us. Stealth would be necessary – absolutely critical – at least until America was too far gone to effectively resist.
That includes not just incremental structural changes – such as the imposition under Woodrow Wilson of the federal income tax and Federal Reserve (which is actually a privately-owned banking cartel) – but also of subverting the culture, so that resistance to the “fundamental transformation” would be reduced, and the likelihood of that “fundamental transformation,” once in place, would “stick” be enhanced.
Hence, the push for “separation of church and state”; the push for welfare dependency and mass illegitimacy; the increasingly poor educational system (and its results); and divisive “woke” and “DEI” – are not coincidental, organic, unrelated or spontaneous developments – but elements of a comprehensive scheme. In other words, the Cultural Marxists and their “long march through the institutions.”
Success of their endeavor is largely – if not primarily – dependent upon a critical mass of the public not recognizing the changes as akin to puzzle pieces sequentially emplaced, much less their trajectory and ultimate intentions underlying what is occurring. The evildoers have to succeed in folks believing that the steps toward “fundamental transformation” are but a series of separate, unrelated events; all coincidental and organic.
Events that some of which – or the consequences thereof – can later be blamed on “Trump policies” and tagged as the acts of a “budding dictator” fomenting a “Constitutional crisis” that “threatens our democracy.” [For example, the aforementioned judicial jihad / lawfare setting up for a “turnspeak” play to manufacture a narrative that President Trump is responsible for a “Constitutional crisis” and for which, e.g., impeachment and removal from office is the appropriate response.]
The Long Game and its Long March Through OUR Institutions
The book Philip Dru: Administrator (1912) provided, in essence, the Progressives’ entire playbook.
The following quotes from the JBS (Robert Welch University) Foreword to a 1998 republication of the book will provide some insight to the book and its vision of a “Progressive” future (the Forward is not long, and it is recommended that it be read in its entirety):
“Having seized totalitarian power, Dru begins to remold American society. He issues a decree making any attempt to restore America’s constitutional order ‘seditious, and ... [punishable] by death.’”
[“Revolutionary tactics don’t (necessarily) repeat, but they rhyme.” And this rhymes with “J6 insurrection,” does it not?]
“The anti-constitutional innovations that were brought about during Wilson’s tenure — particularly the imposition of the income tax and the Federal Reserve System — were directly derived from Dru. Granted, House and Wilson didn’t tear down the existing constitutional order through military violence, preferring instead to employ conspiratorial subtlety. House once referred to the ‘graveyard’ secrecy with which he and Wilson plotted their strategy.’”
“House’s alter-ego Philip Dru displayed his creator’s gift for pious duplicity. Although he inveighs against the monied interests who are conspiring to control the American political system, he sees nothing amiss in bringing those same interests into his government, once he has obtained total power. It will be ‘the educated and rich, in fact the ones that are now the most selfish, that will be in the vanguard of the procession,’ Dru explains. ‘They will be the first to realize the joy of it all, and in this way they will redeem the sins of their ancestors.’”
[Rhymes with Silicon Valley and Wall Street overlords, who are neck-deep in today’s Democrat Party, does it not?]
“Dru creates a ruling directorate in which ‘corporations share with the government and states a certain part of their net earnings’ in exchange for representation in centralized policy-making councils. Dru insisted that ‘it would be more to the advantage to have business conducted by corporations than by individuals in a private capacity.’”
[Rhymes with K-Street lobbyists and mega-campaign donations and “public-private partnerships,” does it not? Similarly, let us not forget which large corporate outlets were “allowed” to remain open during the “Covid pandemic,” while independent outlets, and even churches, were forcibly shuttered.]
“Among Mussolini’s most devoted admirers was Roosevelt’s ‘Brain Trust,’ which studied his corporatist state as a model for American reforms … In the same source, [Harold L.] Ickes also conceded that the Roosevelt Brain Trust was secretly ‘working toward a society of modified Communism,’ a near- transliteration of Philip Dru’s objective, and a tidy summation of the Fascist vision.”
[Rhymes with Harold M. Ickes – son of FDR’s consigliere Harold L. Ickes – who was (and remains?) influential in Democrat circles, especially serving as consigliere to Hillary Clinton. That Ickes apple fell not far from the tree.]
Top-down Bottom-up Color Revolutions – “And Not a Shot is Fired” (ANSF)
The booklet And Not a Shot is Fired (circa 1955) was, essentially, a Communist after-action report describing how they seized control of postwar Czechoslovakia – by using (hijacking) democratic election processes and “top down / bottom up” pressure to takeover through stealth, and without the flamboyant necessity of a military invasion.
Let us again turn to the John Birch Society, and its Introduction (this time to a republication of ANSF, and also which Introduction should be read in its entirety – especially since the dynamics it describes, with the benefit of hindsight, seem truly prescient):
“A socialist or fascist economic policy is necessary for dictatorial revolution in an elective government — and not simply because socialism or fascism concentrates the physical power of the state in the few who run the executive branch of government. While these policies certainly enable the state to acquire power (and to shift power away from the legislature) their chief role as necessary ingredients for revolution is that they give the state hegemonic control (leadership) over the various non-governmental cultural institutions — institutions which may have enough strength to resist and overthrow a political coup d’etat.”
[Rhymes with (among other things) USAID and other federal funding coopting business interests, universities and other NGO’s – and a large regulatory state, including the IRS and EPA holding swords of Damocles over individuals and businesses alike – does it not?]
“As the preceding example illustrates, Kozak outlined the main thesis of a giant pincer’s strategy for transforming a parliamentary system of government into a totalitarian dictatorship — the strategy of combining ‘pressure from above’ with ‘pressure from below’ to effect revolutionary change. In essence, under this plan, the Communist minority in parliament (in coalition with socialist parties) serves the revolution by initiating policies and legislation which strengthen the hand of grassroots revolutionaries and punish threats to the coup (i.e., the Right). Meanwhile, grassroots revolutionaries whip up the appearance of popular support for the legislative program to advance the revolution through strikes, rallies, petitions, threats, and – sometimes — sabotage. The ‘pressure from below’ by the small number of revolutionaries and their larger number of dupes is then used to ‘justify’ the centralization of power in the hands of the executive branch of the state. Wishy-washy politicians are intimidated, and the ‘pressure from above’ intensifies. Each legislative victory results in new demands (the ‘pressure from below’) for even stronger legislation, which is relentlessly pursued by communists and their dupes in parliament — who claim, of course, that they are acting in the name of the popular will. The cycle continues until opposition is completely powerless, intimidated, or liquidated — and the revolution is a fait accompli.”
[Rhymes with, e.g., Democrat Senators’ threats to pack the Supreme Court (top down) that occurred simultaneously with death threats against Conservative Justices (bottom up), does it not? Or USAID (etc.) directly funding NGO’s and billionaires who in turn fund NGO’s (top down), which NGO’s, in turn, fund Astroturf demonstrators (e.g., Antifa, Black Lives Matter and, now, those targeting Teslas (bottom up).]
American Progressives, such a Norm Eisen, adapted those ANSF concepts, and morphed them into “color revolutions.” It continues — right here in our United States of America. (See here and here.)
In 2020, America itself succumbed to such a color revolution (through the stolen election / coup d’etat), which installed the Biden-Harris Junta.
Working to maintain the appearance of “our democracy” and “free and fair” elections provides both camouflage and pretext of legitimacy for remaining in power. Which explains their mantra immediately after the 2020 election as it having been a “free and fair election,” and turnspeaking J6 into an “insurrection.”
Presumably, the Progressives assumed that in 2016 Rules-for-Radicalsette Hillary Clinton would assume the reins and finally consummate the Progressive “fundamental transformation,” which had advanced to near completion under B. Hussein Obama. Trump’s surprise victory had to have been a rude shock, seen as near-cataclysmic, as it presented the risk that the oh-so-close to completion 100-year Progressive project was suddenly at risk of being totally derailed.
Hence, the extra-legal, treasonous jihad against President Trump and his first term – and the attempts to derail his re-election bid (and thus, effort at a third Presidential election victory).
President Trump’s decisive victory in the 2024 election – I believe thanks to Providential intervention – and his hitting the ground running (boy, has he ever) – have driven the Progressives into apoplectic response.
Our election victory by President Trump – and so, by extension, for MAGA and America First – is their counter-revolution, by which they may be permanently removed from power. They are very much aware of this.
Or, perhaps should we say, MAGA is our counter-revolution – one aimed at restoring – IN FULL – OUR Constitutional Republic. Hopefully, excising what the Progressives have wrought since Woodrow Wilson. (Is it only coincidence that President Trump has alluded to eliminating the federal income tax and restoring some form of gold standard?)
The Progressives’ latest tactic of judicial jihad has simultaneously resulted in ripping the mask off the federal judiciary – showing to the world that it too is a compromised tool of the Progressive revolution – and not a group of distinguished personages dispensing impartial justice, abiding by their oaths to uphold and defend our Constitution. Yet, this judicial jihad is an act of desperation, not strength.
Not unlike expending your last round even as the opposing forces keep growing in numbers and are still approaching, the Progressives have already shot-through the reputations (and so, chimera of legitimacy and so the effectiveness on the part of) our election system; the pharmaceutical industry; public health agencies and the medical profession overall; journalism and the media; the “intelligence community”; the DOJ; the FBI; the Democrat Party. And now, the judiciary – which has essentially been “fundamentally transformed” into a cadre of social justice warriors camouflaged in black robes.
To paraphrase what President Trump said about woke: everything Progressivism touches turns to sh*t.
Between Elon Musk and DOGE exposing the myriad avenues of fraud and “top down” funding to America’s enemies (foreign and domestic), e.g., through USAID – and what else might soon be revealed (stolen elections, Epstein, Ukraine funds, myriad things about which we’ve not yet a clue) – the hundred-plus year Progressive project is at risk of termination.
And if that happens, the entire (affiliated) Globalist project – the WEF / U.N. / WEF – is also at risk of exposure and termination.
That breeds desperation, and acts driven by their in extremis circumstances.
Thus, engineered financial system or stock market collapse(s), cyber-attacks, actual or faux pandemics, acts of mass terrorism and acts or war, and more, are all potentially on the table. That includes 2020-like rioting (perhaps at larger scale) of the Antifa-BLM variety, i.e., by the “bottom up” cadres controlled and funded by the “top down” cadre – the targeting of Tesla dealerships and vehicles perhaps serving as a preview of coming attractions. Making America “ungovernable” is very much in the revolutionaries’ playbook.
So, we are now living in perilous times. Extremely perilous times. (But count our blessings! One shudders to think about where we would be now had they succeeded in installing Kamala Harris as the successor figurehead President to Joe Biden.)
One senses that we are in, or at least entering, a period of the final inflection point, marking the victory either of good (our Constitutional Republic) or of evil (Collectivism).
It would be naïve to suppose that, e.g., federal judges will respect, much less defend and uphold our Constitution when, as Progressives, their very mission is to displace and replace it (functionally, if not formally). Progressives feign fealty to our Constitution only to mask, for as long as possible, their Progressive agenda.
As stated above: “Success of their endeavor is largely – if not primarily – dependent upon a critical mass of the public not recognizing the puzzle pieces, their trajectory and ultimate intend behind what is occurring.”
But, eventually, they must out themselves. Since 2020 (at least), that outing has been occurring across institutions and professions across our land; indeed, across the globe. The current judicial jihad may well constitute their ultimate outing.
Through this piece, hopefully, I’ve succeeded in helping to expose how the current judicial jihad fits into “a long train of abuses and usurpations” (to quote our Declaration of Independence) that our nation has been enduring at the hands of Progressives (and by extension, Collectivism). And thereby helped to deprive those forces of widespread unrecognition of what they have been and are committing, and intending – which unrecognition is essential to the success of their evil designs.
May they be defeated, and God’s sun still shine across that blessed Constitutional Republic that goes by the name of “The United States of America.” Our United States of America.
